What is Heartburn?

When we say a condition is called heartburn, or we attempt to give meaning to the word heartburn, it refers to a situation that has nothing really to do with the heart. It is a digestion complication, a digestive imbalance and disorder that occurs when the stomach acid comes in contact with the lining of the esophagus (the tube from your mouth to the stomach) causing irritation. This type of experience is common and most times usually occur after eating. There are several causes of this experience. Heartburn differs greatly in frequency of occurrence. Whether you experience it monthly, weekly, daily or several times a day, it dosen’t necessarily have to be a situation you mourn and loose hope over, you can get help fast with my guideline, a permanent fix for it.
